Because every personalized piece is made exclusively for each customer, personalized products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items unless the product arrives damaged or an error was made by JDgifting.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll gladly review your request and provide a replacement whenever applicable.
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
